All KMC instructors bring their vast industry experience to the training table. Our primary technical trainers, for example, all have experience with HVAC controls, building maintenance, DDC systems, energy management, and building automation.
All instructors couple their experience with learning they have acquired through their college education, past employers and professional organizations. We also ensure that our instructors have access to the latest teaching technology and tools.
In addition to the KMC training staff, we look to third-party, professional instructors for some courses made available routinely and many courses made available at the Annual Conference.
