BAC-A1616BC-001 | Building Controller: BACnet BBC, 16×16, Web, Clock
OVERVIEW | Controller: BACnet Building Controller (BBC), 16x16, Web, Clock
The Flash web interface in this device is no longer supported by Adobe. Configuration and graphic web pages are no longer viewable in browsers. See the Adobe Flash Player End-of-Life Technical Bulletin under Documents.
Configured router and controller functions WILL CONTINUE TO WORK, however. Most controller (but not web page) functions can still be accessed through KMC Connect, TotalControl, or KMC Converge module for Niagara WorkBench. Configuring the router functions now requires the Router Configuration Tool (RCT) software.
The BAC-A1616BC-001 was first sold in 2006. For next generation and replacement installations, see the following products:
- For a BACnet router, see the BAC-5051E (with an HTML5 interface).
- For BACnet controller functionality, see the BAC-5900 series controllers and CAN-5901/5902 I/O expansion modules of the KMC Conquest product line.
- For web graphics and user interface, see the KMC Commander IoT platform, Total Control software, and/or Niagara solutions.
The BACnet Building Controller (B-BC) was a high-performance, native BACnet direct digital controller. Integrated into the controller was a BACnet router, web server, and expandable I/O (CAN-A168EIO expansion module) in a native BACnet device.
See the data sheet for details of this legacy device.
